Commissions are not first come, first serve - I will choose which projects I am comfortable taking on.

I reserve the right to decline a commission outside of my abilities or subjects I will not draw.

Sending payment means that you agree to the aforementioned terms of service.

Monetized/Commercial Use can be discussed.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.

My work may not be used in AI engines, datasets, learning, or minted for NFT use.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.

NOTE: Payment plans are available and I can be flexible on commissions over $100; a minimum of half the total commission price must be paid upfront.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement [NDA] fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commissions publicly or use it within my Portfolio.

Complexity fee is between [$10-$100] for custom design commissions per add-on.

A total of 2 revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase.

There will be a fee of $5 per additional revision.

Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made. However, should there be a mistake on my part I will correct them at no extra cost.

Monsterfy commissions are estimated to take 1-2 weeks.

Custom Design commissions may take 1-3 months to complete depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if any delays occur!

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Exceptions:

If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional services.

You may:

Use the artwork for personal purposes only. Print the art for yourself.

Post it on social media with credit to me "@ChrimmeArts".

You may NOT:

Use the artwork commercially.

Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

Remove signatures/watermarks.

Resell or distribute the artwork.

Modify the artwork without my consent.

Use artwork purchased for Personal

Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

I may cancel and refund a commission at anytime.

You may cancel your order at any time before payment is made.

Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

Chargebacks are prohibited.

While working on your commission, I will communicate every 2-3 days with any updates to the piece or when certain milestones (sketch/lineart/color completion) are met.

By commissioning me you are required to keep in contact through VGen or any of the previously mentioned methods.

I do not do communication through Discord.

All adopts are PTA [Pay to Adopt] unless otherwise noted.

Prices are in USD; PayPal invoice, Ko-Fi and VGen shop are available.

Payment is upfront - though I am open to holding an adopt.

If I do not receive communication within 48 hours I will follow up regarding purchase interest. After and additional 24 hours I will consider the purchase void and put the adopt back up for sale.

Hold period is 1 week. Adopts over $100 can be held for longer with a payment plan and a minimum of half up front.

My adopts may NOT be used for AI generation, NFT minting, anything regarding the block-chain/cryptocurrency sphere. I will exercise my rights as the adopt creator/copyright holder to remove said pieces if this contract term is breached. There will be no given refund.

Adopts are for personal use only. However, I am open to discussing an additional fee for commercial licensing.

Art/design trades are for mutuals and friends.

Buyer will receive full PNG of the adopt after payment.

You may make edits to the design.

If the adopt is going to be a gift, please let me know who the owner is going to be.

Regarding reselling of adopts, please sell for the price you purchased the design for. The price may only be increased if additional artwork has been added.
