Prices are in USD.

If you want your commission to remain private [ex. no posting on social media] there will be a $50 upcharge.

Commissions must be paid through PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi at this current time.

My artwork may NOT be used for NFT minting, anything regarding the block-chain/cryptocurrency sphere, or AI generation. I will exercise my rights as artwork creator/copyright holder to remove said pieces if this contract term is breached. There will be no given refund.

Payment is upfront. For custom character designs and character reference sheets, payment can be split before the project is started and after project completion.

Commissions will be queued - You are free to inquire your position in said queue whenever you like.

I will respond to commission inquiries within 24-48 hours.

General turnaround time is 3-5 days to 1-2 weeks depending on the scope of the project.

I will send updates during preliminary sketches and lineart phases. These are the best times to request any changes for the commission.

Visual references MUST be provided. I also appreciate a bit of detail as to what the character is like so I can portray them to the best of my ability!

If there is a particular piece/design of mine that you like, regarding style, mood, color, etc. please feel free to suggest it when we discuss your commission. I am more than happy to work with you and open to discuss pricing should you have something else in mind.

May post anywhere, with proper credit.

Art is for personal use only. The client may not print, reproduce, and/or use images for: NFTs, contests, merchandise, marketing, products, VTube media, etc.

The client may not commission someone's original character(s) without expressed permission from said owner.

The client is allowed 2 revisions in the case of more complex pieces. Once finalized, there will be no more additional edits.

Additionally, the client agrees to not request updated versions of their commission post-completion.

Agrees to not request a refund post-completion of their commission.

Reserves the right to use image for portfolio and self-promotion purposes.

Reserves the right to deny any project without explanation.

Artist reserves the rights to cancel at any time. A full refund will be issued.

Client may request a cancellation. Please note that refunds will be determined upon the percentage of work completed.

All adopts are PTA [Pay to Adopt] only.

Buyer will receive full PNG of the adopt after payment.

You may make minor edits to the design.

If the adopt is going to be a gift, please let me know who the owner is going to be.

While I would prefer my designs not be resold, if you must resell them, please sell for the price you purchased the design for.
